In today’s world, stress and anxiety are a part of life. It’s unrealistic to try to avoid or escape them. My philosophy instead is to balance stress with things that bring you joy before it leads to anxiety. I have experience, both personally and professionally, in dealing with ANXIETY.
I am certified in Yoga, Meditation, Personal Training, and Massage Therapy, so I offer guidance to clients on utilizing these modalities as a way to minimize anxiety, if they wish to do so. These can all have a profound positive effect. However, the key is to identify the root causes of anxiety, not just treat the symptoms. Once aware of these, we can work on developing habits for controlling negative thoughts that lead to more anxiety.
I provide many resources and reference materials for dealing with anxiety. I provide a safe space for people to express their thoughts, so that we can identify what’s holding them back from reaching their desired goals. Only then are we able to work on each issue, one at a time, by creating personalized strategies and actionable steps. I hold clients accountable and set them up for small wins.
